For all those who love Nokia and hate windows OS here is a great news for you.Tech giant microsoft is planning to produce Nokia lumia phones that are powered by Google's Android OS.This sounds a big deal as both windows and google are the top two tech giants in the world and now they seems to be connected together through the release of this brand new nokia phones.It was in april, Microsoft purchased the handset business of Nokia for about $7.2 billion.But now it seems to an end of long term commitment of Nokia to Windows phones.

Reports says that Android based Nokia Lumia phones comes with heavily customized versions of Android 4.4.It is also said that there would be no access to Google Play and other related services.We have to wait and see how far this new development will create a change in the mobile phone market.

NOKIA LUMINA 620

Nokia has quietly announced the first real "budget" Windows Phone 8 Smartphone . Dubbed as the Nokia Lumina 620, it spots 3.8-inch screen with ClearBlack WVGA display. There is a 5-MP rear camera and a VGA front camera on board. It is powered by 1GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor with 512MB of RAM and 8GB internal storage (expandable by 64GB ).

According to Nokia , the Nokia Lumina 620 helps in adding more youthful appeal to exisiting Windows Phone 8 range . The unsubsidised version of this smartphone will be available in market for $249 and will atart retailing some time in Q1 2013.

Nokia is betting big on Nokia Lumina 620's Dual Shot technique which helps in creating new colours and textures for this smartphone . So what this ' Dual Shot ' actually does is cast two layer of  polycarbonate , asingle base layer and a second colour blends. For example,yellow and cyan are compined to produce a lime green colour.

As Nokia Lumina 620 is a Windows Phone 8 device it will have Tiles for updates direct to the start screen, peoplehub and a Me Tile along with other windows Phone 8 functions.

Currently Nokia is Offering  Lumina 920 and Lumian 820 in Windows Phone 8 lineup. It had first showcased both these smartphones at a gala event in september  2012.

Nokia Lumian 920 comes with 4.5-inch PureMotion HD+ display, wireless charging support and 2000mAh battery. It comes with the 8.7 -megapixel camera with Nokia's famed PureView technology. Othe feature of the SmartPhone include 1Gb of RAM , 32GB internal storage, 1.2 MP front camera, and a Micro-USb port. 

As of now Nokia Lumian 920 and Lumina 820 are not available in India but expected to be launched sometimes in december 2012.

Nokia will partner with China Mobile to launch a version of its new flagship Lumina  Smartphone tailored for the world's largest cellular market, Finnish company said on wednesday.

China Mobile, the  biggest operator in the world with more than 700 million subscribers, will start selling the Lumina 920T, the first phone to be based on Microsoft's new Windows Phone 8 platform in China's third-Generation (3G) network.

Nokia shares rose 6.1 percent in the early Helsinki trade. Sucessful sales of the latest Lumina 920 and 820 models are seen crucical for the company as to reverse a decline in market shares it has lost to Samsung and Apple.

Chinese Telecom carriers have been engaged in intense price competition by offering cheap handset delas and data plans to try to attract higher-end 3G subscribers . China Mobile is the only telecom carrier in china without a contract with Apple Inc to sell iPhone in the country.
